Welcome to my anxiety blog. My name is Jan Banis. I am a qualified psychologist and for years I have worked with people suffering from a variety of different anxiety problems. This has given me real insight into anxiety, such as physical and psychological symptoms, the factors that keep your anxiety going, and treatment options.
